“As part of a focus on staff wellbeing, Happily Clappily Ever Laughter ran a fantastic workshop in our school. It got all of our staff really thinking about the power of laughter and the benefits it has on mental health.
We went away with a greater awareness of different ways we can help ourselves to manage stress and lighten our load.”

Deputy Headteacher,
St. Patrick's Catholic Primary School

“Patricia ran a session with my team in the morning before we opened for the day and what started as nervous laughter finished with hilarity. The whole team got involved and it was a great way to start the day and bring the team together!”

Patricia’s “Laugh, Sing & Play” sessions for children are amazing! Patricia teaches the children various laughter techniques (and turn-taking) through games, singing, stories and bubbles. There’s plenty of familiarity in the routine for the children but also there’s variety in the games used and stories read. It has been a pleasure to see not only my own children use the techniques unprompted but to see others too. As a bonus, I’ve also learnt the laughter techniques!  Sometimes I use them when I’m having a stressful moment at home or at work. I can highly recommend Patricia’s flexible, caring and professional approach.”

“Patricia has been a service provider for Homestart Greenwich for 5 years, she adds so much value to our programme and has truly been a pleasure to work with. We are particularly in awe of her because we have seen her amazing journey and growth as a professional.  She was a frequent user of our Children Centres as a parent and one of the courses she attended was the Starting Your Own Business course; as a result of this she turned one of her passions into a remarkable gift which she brings into our parent and children’s lives in her classes. We love Patricia and her Laugh, Sing and Play sessions and we know anyone who attends will too!”

Hazel Chawapiwa,
Head of Community and Partnerships, Homestart Greenwich

“Patricia’s laughter sessions on Zoom are fun to attend and also fundraise for various charities. The different types of laughter and breathing techniques practiced are not only enjoyable, but also very beneficial to health. I always leave the sessions feeling relaxed, refreshed and with a greater sense of wellbeing. I would recommend Patricia’s sessions to children and adults alike.”

“Patricia ran a Laughter Yoga workshop for my department’s Staff Development Conference. Everyone loved it! The feedback from my staff was glowing; everyone said they came away feeling more relaxed and happier, less anxious and more centred. I would recommend Patricia’s workshops to everyone. Not only was it enjoyable and stress-reducing, but also worked my abs!”
