Laughter Workshops
Session explores laughter and its benefits such as stress relief and increased immunity. Focusing on laughing exercises, breathing and rhythmic clapping, this session teaches a fun cathartic way to feel better, lower blood pressure, improve heart health and tone your abs!
Can be adapted to any age/audience.

Laugh, Sing and Play
Interactive play/singing session with bubbles/twirlers and action rhymes as well as a focus on laughter and its amazing benefits.

Wellness Workshops
Fun and fast-paced with easy tips for self-care and wellbeing. Quizzes and discussions. Simple advice to take forward and integrate into everyday life.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) also known as Tapping
A gentle, easy stress relief technique. A mix between acupressure and modern psychology. Brings cortisol levels down by sending a calming signal to the brain.
